The New Diplomacy

TİSYA’s first diplomacy-focused event and the launch of Season 1, organized in collaboration with CSYGA. Held in Istanbul, the conference featured three panel discussions and an interactive diplomatic simulation, bringing young people together to explore diplomacy, global affairs, and the practical challenges of international engagement.

The Conference

Held on 6 December 2025 at Bayrampaşa Belediyesi in Istanbul, The New Diplomacy brought participants together to discuss contemporary diplomacy and global issues. The program featured three panel discussions, followed by an interactive simulation session that gave participants a chance to engage with the subject beyond formal presentations.

Diplomacy in Practice

The interactive simulation gave participants an opportunity to engage with diplomatic concepts beyond discussion, explore different perspectives, and experience diplomacy in a practical setting. By taking part in a structured activity, participants could better understand the role of communication, negotiation, and decision-making when addressing complex international issues.

Behind the Scenes

TİSYA played an active role in event management, welcoming and hosting participants, coordinating their experience, and helping ensure the smooth running of the program. Working alongside CSYGA, the team contributed to organizing the event and creating an environment where participants could engage with the discussions and activities.

A Milestone for TİSYA

As TİSYA’s first diplomacy-focused initiative, the event marked an important step in the organization’s journey and served as the launch of Season 1. It also gave the team valuable hands-on experience in conference coordination, participant management, event organization, and collaboration with another organization.
